How do I renew my membership?
Your membership is active until you cancel, but if for any reason PayPal payments stop and the subscription is cancelled, you can use the button below to re-start the subscription. It won’t create a new profile for you. You can continue as normal.
I forgot my password
Enter the email address you originally signed up with in the box below and you’ll be sent a new password.
How do I cancel my membership?

We’d be glad to get a feedback about our service and how we can improve it, so please send us a note by email. Thanks.
Cancellation instructions are below:
1. Go to your PayPal account
2. Select your profile
3. Go to pre-approved payments
4. Select Successful Kids Hub
5. Click Cancel
PayPal will automatically notify us of the cancellation and your subscription will stop before the next payment due. If you experience any problems, don’t hesitate to get back to us.
What will I get when I join the Hub?
Your subscription gives you access to unique materials to help you on your parenting journey. You will gain access to new resources every month, as we add to the members area on a regular basis.
You can join the free monthly Question & Answer sessions, Masterclasses that we run from time to time on a broad range of topics and contact us with confidential questions that you may have. You can join our private Facebook group, where we share inspirational topics to encourage you.
What happens after I sign up?
Once you submit your order, you will receive an email to confirm your purchase and your login details (please keep it safe). It will give you access to the Members Hub, where you get resources to help you help your children become successful.
Is there a one-off fee for the Members Hub?
The Members Hub subscription is on a monthly basis (£9.99 per month), but we offer a one-off payment of £100 for 12 months (One year). You get 2 months FREE!
We believe the amount is affordable, as we want to support as many parents as possible.
What if the Hub is not for me?
Within the Hub, we provide a flexible approach to parenting, so that you access a broad range of resources, ask questions and gain valuable support from the parent partner, Shola Alabi.
We provide resources that you’ll find useful, but if you feel they aren’t for you, then click on the section to cancel your membership – no questions asked. We’d be sad to see you go.
Are my personal details and payment details safe?
Be rest assured that we won’t share your personal details with anyone else! It is used only for the purposes of administration within the Members Hub. We don’t have access to your payment details.
All transactions are processed through PayPal, which ensures only yourself and PayPal have access to your payment details. PayPal is safe and secure to use and you can log into your PayPal account to check your payment details at anytime.
Can I get one-to-one support as a parent?
Yes, you can, when you’re signed up as a member!
